My main goal when I reached out to Nina was to get my body ready for my wedding!! I had spent some money in the past with “cookie-cutter” programs that claimed to be personalized, needless to say I was not happy with how those programs were designed and although I had attained some results it was very restrictive and I lost a lot of muscle mass in the process . "I have been training and following a "healthy" lifestyle for the last 20 years. This included a lot of yo-yo dieting, binge eating, not fueling my body properly, and working with a few extreme coaches. I started working with Nina almost 5 months ago, mostly because she was affiliated with Layne Norton, whos approach I highly respect. "Coaching with Nina has been better than i ever could have expected. i have struggled for years with disordered eating, maintaining a diet of <1000cal/day for years. "I have been watching Nina on IG. I like her workouts and the progress she made after having her baby. So when I saw she was doing a 16 week program I was immediately interested, especially since I just had a baby in November. However, I was nervous at the same time. For the price of the program, was I going to get my monies worth? Will I hold myself accountable? Will I see results? Well, I have to say it’s been worth every penny! I am down below my pre-pregnancy weight and starting to show my abs again! I have been diligent about staying on track with Nina’s coaching and the results prove that. "My diet yo-yoed for years. I was stuck and I knew I could not create more of a deficit; my caloric intake was already low. My quest for a more sustainable way of eating started with reading The Reverse Diet. My daughter then convinced me to do something for myself and hire a coach not only to guide me and keep me accountable but to learn from. I knew from a past seminar that we had attended that Biolayne was a well-respected company and I couldn’t go wrong choosing one of their coaches. I decided to work with Nina in the hopes of getting my metabolism back on track while hoping to also have more energy for my daily activities with minimal weight gain. From the first-time contacting Nina to my last check in, she was always supportive and informative with quick responses to any questions I had. Like most people, I wanted to lose body fat so the thought of eating more was a bit scary at first. Long story short, I had to trust the process and with Nina’s help, I went from 1458 calories a day to 2316, at the end it was a difference of an 858 calorie increase every single day. My weight dropped from 162 pounds to 148 pounds, a 14-pound loss and my body transformed over 16 weeks. All of this while eating more, feeling amazing, and having improved sleep, what kind of sorcery is this! There were no gimmicks, no special foods or supplements, just flexible, mindful eating. "The most important thing that I would like to emphasize about my experience is that I stopped my binge eating completely. I may have binged once or twice during my 20 weeks of our program but it cannot even come close to what was happening to me before. I used to binge every week and overeat on around 2,000 calories in one sitting. I would feel like crap the next day and punish myself with excessive cardio and calorie restriction. When I started working with you, this behavior disappeared. Although I was still on low calories when we were dieting, I did not feel the urge to binge. You are always so supportive and kind to me. I know you are always there for me and if I email you my questions or concerns I will get a response from you right away. I don’t have to wait till my check in day to get an answer. This is amazing. You really care about your clients. I am a perfectionist and always put myself under a great deal of pressure. You helped me take some of that pressure off and realize that its okay not to be perfect. I know that you are always there for me if I need your help or advice. This makes such a huge difference! Also, the adjustments that you make to my program weekly are always on point. You just know when it's time to scale up the cardio, when to push me and when to slow down.
